From post #49 in this thread, here's one potential way to (re)inflate an AC seat:
A better method is for a crew member to use the reset switch under the seat, on the aisle side.

No success with the SD and/or crew rectifying your deflated seat and you can't be/aren't accommodated to another J seat? If you asked for a compensation form and the SD says they have no idea what you are talking about, you can use the below picture of the stub portion to help freshen their memory (better than nothing)...
Please note that for the longest time, the "Green Compensation Form" version was used, and there have been recent reports of the "White Compensation Form" replacing the Green version. Reports here have indicated that the two forms are virtually identical except for the colour.
There is now an even newer White Form which explicitly lists "deflated seat" and "deflated seat and fixed", among many other items.

- Go the home screen "Your Seat". (find this on the seat side panel; not the main video screen)
- Hold the top left hand corner "Air Canada" (with AC logo) for 3 seconds. Updated (Apr 9 18): may need to hold for as long as 45 seconds for key pad to appear
- Dial pad shows up - hit 3-2-1.
- Press "Reset Lumbar Support"

Actually, I measured the 777-300ER seat cushion on AC 15 for @Bohemian. The dimensions of the cushion - not the seat - were 18" from the back of the seat to the front edge before it starts to curve down
The width was 19.5"
@Bohemian1, can you reconfirm that is what I wrote.
To everyone else:
While I too would want to ensure I had a proper and comfortable seat, I found the deflated lumbar to be far more painful. Sure, the pillow might help a bit when sitting but nothing helps when sleeping.
I would ask this question: why should we spend our money to pay for extra padding to protect us from these seats?

IMHO what matters is the surface on which I can place the sleeping pad. If it fits, then the deflated cushion underneath is not relevant. Even if my sleeping pad is a little too wide or long, it will hopefully bend into shape.
As to why we should pay for it, I just need a good night's sleep before I get to my destination. If that requires me to go camping on AC, so be it. At that instant, my focus is my work travel not tilting at the AC windmill. Dealing with AC comes later.

I think someone will have to take a tape measure onboard for you. I'd say at least 14".
I've just searched every possible place Collins' website, trade publications and various reviews. Tons of photos of variations of the B/E Aerospace Super Diamond seats as installed by AC, AA, QR, SV and a few others. I can see the foot rest part but I can't find any mention of exact dimensions. Maybe a registered trade secret.
And this from the AC Fleet page is not exactly what we are looking for.

Just got off AC 91, FIN 743. Seat 6D had the upper lumbar deflated. They switched me to a seat from a non-revenue passenger, 7D. that one had the lower lumbar deflated.... While boarding, the captain introduced himself to all passengers in J. I asked him about the deflating seats: he never hear of any problems. Minutes later, the SD comes to me and asks what is the issue with my seat. Same old, 'let me do a quick reset and you'll be just fine'.
I received a comp sheet without asking(a first). That's now 6 deflated seats that couldn't be reset for me in 2019.

Sorry to hear.
So when we tell AC directly, not via FT, that your SIX in 2019???? and my THREE in FOUR days, and those "adventures with AC stay-flat seats" are UNACCEPTABLE, AC does nothing and others here remind us why we shouldn't fly AC.
I'm sensing a vacation is in order.

Sorry for delay in answering.
I bought the Moon Lence Sleeping Pad. Was $40, sorry not $30. Folded size:8" x 3.5",inflated size:73" x 21.6" x 2.2" per their claims. Didn't measure it myself, but seems right. Mind you, when I repacked it, it ended up being closer to 11" long rather than 8" but still small. You wouldn't think twice about putting it in your carry-on. Squeezes in to any little gap. Very light. Seatguru has AC seats at 80" pitch and 21" width, so I am hoping it is an OK fit if and when I have to use it in anger.
If and when I do use and share, I think the trick is to use humour. Anything else will come across as entitled and whiny, but a post with #AirCanadaCamping as the tag might get some chuckles.

So, it happened #AirCanadaCamping
1) Got on board, seat was partially inflated
2) Told SD, he called maintenance
3) Maintenance first tried the screen trick - did NOT work. Apparently there has been a software update
4) Maintenance hard reset the seat using underside switch
5) Seat inflated, he left
6) Went to sleep, woke up four hours later to feeling of great discomfort - sleeping on a park bench
7) SD very helpful, there was one other empty seat in cabin, but that one also had deflated lumbar
8) So I pulled out the sleeping pad :-)
9) Inflated in 8-9 puffs
10) perfect fit
11) need to put AC mattress cover on, as otherwise gets very warm
12) very comfortable, more comfortable than AC cushion at best of times
13) Flight attendant in charge of our aisle super interested, we had a good chat about it all
14) SD offered up white form no issues, wrote it up, was very helpful, as was rest of crew
15) In summary, would not hesitate to use it again - key tip is to put valve face down, and to make sure pad doesn't slide down into well
Let's see how lucky I am on return! #AirCanadaCamping
