Technical Difficulties - Lufthansa award flights not showing up
Couldn't find some flights on aeroplan that were showing on united and ANA, and called up, she said they just go ta message that Lufthansa flights raen't showing up online or for the agents, so they are currently not bookable.
Rather inconvenient.

As we are often reminded on the Air Canada forum (and I've seen the same posts on UA, ANA, SQ etc), *A partner airlines do not release the same inventory to all partners - and that doesn't include the phantom avails which may be seen on Aeroplan, but not bookable online or with an agent.

It may be the case that Lufthansa doesn't share award inventory with Aeroplan (even when sharing it with United and ANA).
But the agent told me that she had, today, just received a technical support message on her computer indicating that Lufthansa flights are not showing up either on the website or on their internal system. She said it was the first time this had happened with Lufthansa.

Apparently Aeroplan is aware of the problem and is working on it

I can't think of a FFP that has had more "technical" (real and imaginary) issues over the years:
CA, AV, CM, LX, ET, and now LH
Maybe it's time to replace some of the managers / hire some competent people.

Aeroplan and LH
Does anybody know what is happening to Lufthansa space in Aeroplan?
Starting yesterday morning, all space has disappeared. I have even tried a simple FRA MUC Y request in mid-February, and nothing is showing for the whole month.
Two days now? Anything sinister or just another "IT problem" ... which seem to take days to fix ...
