AC17 down to J0 Y0 overnight

AC17 down to J0 Y0 overnight
I'm flying on AC17 YUL-PVG on December 8th, and just noticed that in the past day or two, the flight has gone to J9 Y9 (and all corresponding fare buckets all 9) to completely zero'ed out across the board. Flights +/- 3 days are all J9Y9 as normal.
Is this an indication that this flight will be canceled? Would like to start planning ahead if that is the case!

Well, maybe. Or maybe 789 to 788?
I heard china flights can be pretty overbooked. Could be that it got manually zeroed out?
Could also br a largr cargo order and the flight is now load restricted.

It's always been a 788 so I don't think it's that, and I had the only two seats blocked in the J cabin. I know, not a 100% sign of bookings, but still interesting.
Could be a whole tour group buyout but for the whole plane? Yowza.

Might have been cancelled. OP: what does your reservation look like on aircanada.com?
If it was cancelled, that might show the original flight plus a tentative rebooking. If that's the case, look at the best option before calling them, and ask for it.

Nothing of note on my reservation on AC's website. Looks normal from my end...
