American? Really? Belongs at the bottom I should think! BA best European short haul? Why on earth? Call me skeptical!

These are business traveler awards. So skewed and likely to have more weight for factors like frequency, network, etc. Also many business travelers have corp deals and likely fly 1-2 airlines most of the time.

And this same point was made previously when the Skytrax and other flying awards were posted.
The target group of those surveyed is reflected in the results, or if you prefer "skews the results"
Sample size matters. Demographics matters. Format of the questions matter.
Results...not so much.

The few times I have flown AA, I was impressed. Planes were full, but on time on a holiday weekend, the planes were new and clean, and in J the food was good. IFE worked and wasn't recycled 30 year old tv shows. They also know how to do priority (and orderly) boarding. It was clearly a step up over AC.

Is the B6 Mint Pistachio Chocolate Chip brand across the entire fleet, or just a handful of specific routes?
Did they compare apples to apples? How can they compare B6 to AC?

As far as the subject matter at hand, I too am genuinely surprised American Airlines is #1 here. Also, Jetblue versus Air Canada? How is that a fair comparison?
