Bets on when AC resets the IKK limit this year?
I'm trying to manage my last couple of IKKs for the year. It would be much easier if those jerks gave us a predictable date, but a couple of my "2017" IKKs were burned in December 2016 after they reset the limit when I still had about 3-4 left for "2016".
So, anyone have any guesses as to when they'll reset it this year?

Two years ago it reset when you chose your benefits, last year it reset when AC determined your 2017 status but before sending out the selection email. For most folks, that was the beginning of Dec, but for those who were close to a higher level it was later.

They updated the Aeroplan website to say "2017 Benefit Year: Expires 28 February 2018"
This sucks because I purposefully burnt all my IKK and now I have to wait 3 more months for reset

Where does it state that you don't have access to your 2018 IKK? They have added another line for this.

Would be nice if they'd give me back some of the IKK's I had leftover last year when they reset the counter around this time... But glad they are finally fixing that issue...

I have confirmed the following 2 notes:
1) There is a glitch in the 2017 counter which caused credits to go to zero. This should be fixed by tomorrow and the intention is to keep the 2017 credits alive until the end of February.
2) There will be an overlap period where the 2017 credits will still be alive, but those that have used up their 2017 credits will have access to their 2018 credits.
Nobody gets screwed. This is a true enhancement to the program.

Just noticed this too. Great.
AC gets many things related to IT/data management wrong too often. It's nice to see that eventually some of them are getting fixed/improved.
