Similar to the above SEs... E75K here - received 15 eUps today ("Flight Pass or Promotion"). This is the correct expected/announced eUp credit for E75Ks as it pertains to the migration...

SEs were supposed to get 25 as per way, way upthread: https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/...te/agency.html

No new credits here yet. Not that I care, sitting on over 100 unused ones. I think of this year's crop I only used 2 and no further plan as of yet.

If it was an unpublished benefit, then there's nothing required to communication.

Currently the only info I see on the AE website is under the FAQ.

Also, having to pay for seats (like preferred) or even paying to select regular seats is not possible and errors out. If they have moved to pay to select (despite assigning seats based on preference at time of booking), it's not possible to select or pay

Same here, 20 new eUP Credits expiring 02/2021 for "Flight Pass or Promotion" posted today. Since I did not cross a threshold or purchase a flight pass recently, it must be the additional eUP Credits for all Altitude members promised by AC. Well 20 is not the same as 25. Someone must have punched in the wrong number before hitting send. I suppose (hope) it will be adjusted to reflect the correct/promised number for SEs.

I'll report back on whether the SSSS was the reason for this snafu, or whether it was just business as usual with Amadeus.

Was trying all day to upgrade a booking but kept getting an error message. Tried again just now and, eureka, it worked!

Or we'll just collectively keep reminding AC that proof-reading is not an art.

I too just checked and also received 20 instead of 25. I'm going to assume (in the short term) that someone else has already notified AC. I won't bother writing them for a few days. I did print the page to PDF in case I need it later.
