I've got an AE redemption for this Friday that I'm trying to upgrade but it tells me the flights are inelegible

So it seems my current trip that I am in the middle of, booked by my employer, the PNR changed. The MR I have booked myself in December also has changed.
Also the eup interface is much nicer; I tried to eup yesterday the same flight and it didn't work. Today, the new site gave a bunch of janky errors but it seems to have waitisted my upgrade... It errored out but still seems to have deducted the credits and subsequent loads show my waitlisted status... Lol we shall see.

I made a corporate TA booking yesterday for Nov 21st before the AC update started. The reservation got confirmed but not ticketed. Now I'm anxiously waiting the ticketing; fingers crossed that it goes smoothly.

Hmmm. As far as I can tell they aren't posting the eUpgrade requirements (number of credits and copay required) anywhere anymore. As far as I can tell they just have this lovely statement:

- The geographic market
- The fare you purchase
- Your Air Canada Altitude status
The eUP site is buggy with some info (like My Nominee) being "not available" sometimes and after refreshing the page, it is available. So not 100% up and running yet.
And I don't have any upcoming booking I can upgrade (already up front); so cannot "test" the actual upgrade request capability.
At least, my eUP Credit count is good.
