It's an error, as noted by others in posts above

As noted on AC's website and again in the wiki:

All bookings in R (including, but not limited to, eUpgrades, Last-Minute Upgrades, AC Bid Upgrades) and I (including, but not limited to, Aeroplan® Fixed Mileage Flight Rewards® for travel on Air Canada flights or Star Alliance® member airlines, Star Alliance Upgrade Awards), as well as bookings made during irregular operations where the customer was not originally booked and confirmed in one of the eligible booking classes, will be excluded. Eligible customers may not invite guests. Access to the Air Canada Signature Suite is not available to customers travelling on promotional tickets or employees.

Yeah, mine's saying I can access the SS or TB lounge on an INT-TB connection.

If I had more than 90 minutes, I'd attempt it

I'm flying to TLV at 1650. So unless I'm delayed, I won't see you.

On an R fare from O in a few weeks on my way to GRU. It's a long stop...4 hours or so.

I wonder if up-faring to P is a possibility? That would get me access n'est ce pas? Would have to weigh the cost of course but I don't think there are other good options for lounges in this scenario?

Of course I could always leave the airport to get dinner somewhere...

Anyone else going to be around the Signature Suite on the 31st? Due to poor planning on my part I will be in the Suite from around 14:00 TO 16:30.

Is it wrong for me to hope for a delay to your flight? I may get there before 5:30. All depends on traffic. I need to finish work (around 1:30), drive home, feed my cats, and then drive back to the airport. I expect the soonest I would be there is 5pm, but never know.

It might be a little mean to hope, but it would also push the in-flight dinner to a more acceptable hour for me, and make it more likely my hotel will be ready when I arrive, so I'd be fine with even a 4 hour delay

There are certainly worse places to spend a delay.
