Split PNR - how to

I booked 3 passengers on tango fares on 1 pnr. I am one of the passengers. I want to split the PNR so I have my own PNR so I can upgrade my self.

Do I just call AC to do this. I searched AC website and was not able to see any tools in the booking to split PNR.

Any advice or experience with this is appreciated.

Thx. I called in, was easy enough.
They confirmed that a call in is the only way to do this.

I hope you don't have any other carrier's involved in the booking.

If you do, you might want to call the other airlines on the itinerary to ensure that the split occurred correctly and all the e-tickets are in sync.

There is a thread earlier today where the poster had issues checking in with TK after splitting an Aeroplan PNR.
