On AC33 and was was staring at the ife ignoring all the newb gawking e35 eups. Thought I was wasted drunk but I noticed the black belly fin 843 in the opening screen is not animated. I miss the old dreamliner swaying in the silly loop video...

Furthermore, given your admission of less than optimal mental condition - are you sure there ever was an swaying animated dreamliner? Maybe it was the observer that was swaying animatedly.

I believe he was making fun of the E35Ks who eUped (for the first time ever?), while he had purchased a Latitude FP that allowed a complimentary upgrade into J, thereby making him better than everyone else.

Since when did AC have a lat FP that allowed a comp up on TPAC?

We were in YVR waitng for a delayed AC34 to YYZ a few weeks back. Called the concierge who asked, seriously, if we were "going the while way thru to SYD." I explained that we were not, nor was anyone else on the flight. She kept insisting that it continued on to SYD. I should have tried have her change my ticket..... because she works at an airport and knows these things.

A quick flip through old email shows that I've been upgraded 5 times between 2009 and 2012 on AC33/34 TPAC as an 35K elite. :p

I was upgraded a lot for YVR-HKG in that same time frame as E35 as well. :)

But both of those routes are rare to have an e35k upgrade to J since 2014 due to numerous reasons. More business class purchases, eupgrade devaluation, eup copay, LMU, bid to upgrade, reduction in R space, etc.
