Have you ever seen the site NOT reference a high number of users causing AQD display problems? It’s always there, even when AQD is fine. It’s hilarious that AC operates under the assumption that their data and ability to display it is wrong on a permanent basis.

My $200 or whatever is showing $0. Believe my friends is the same as that’s SE levels.
This is clearly intentional (or gross incompetence). If people knew he amount they could ensure they hit the required amounts. This way people won’t get their status (ie fall short) and be forced to go without or pay ACs buy ups.

I just received the first (only?) Altitude Report and the numbers don't match (duh) what was actually on my Altitude page (year end #s including the tail strike trip ), before the "dots of nothingness" and the big ZERO took over.

Just looking at my Altitude Report and the AQD is actually correct. Nothing on the Altitude site of course.

I tried to called them, after holding for twenty minutes, the customer service made up a number for my AQD (which is far less than my number last month), and when I ask him about my wife's account, after another 15 minutes hold, he told me it is exactly the same as mine!!! (Too lazy to make up another number!), she has less AQM and less AQS! Don't trust what they tell you on the phone!

Well, at least AQM are still posting. For me, faster than usual.
But having this AQD issue at this time of the year when some folks are on the bubble is simply awful. Especially when it appears that even the call centre people can't access correct data either.
