Unless you're expecting a reply within a few hours, that is an unreasonable expectation, IMHO. Give it around 24 hours and let's see how it goes?

Noticed this in the FAQ on AQD:
https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/...m-updates.html
For instance:
If you earn 125,000 AQM and $25,000 AQD, you will reach Super EliteTM 100K status.
If you earn 52,000 AQM and $4,500 AQD, you will reach EliteTM 35K status.
If you earn 34 AQS and $5,000 AQD, you will reach PrestigeTM 25K status.
The AQD requirement also applies to all members, regardless of residency.
Bolding is mine.
Are there changes coming?
Or just examples on how AQD is applied?
Why not say 100,000 AQM and $20,000 AQD, you will reach Super EliteTM 100K status?
https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/...m-updates.html
Will I earn Air Canada AltitudeTM status if I reach the AQD requirement, but not the AQM or AQS; or if I reach the AQM or AQS requirement, but not the AQD?
No. In order to reach any Altitude status, you must earn the required number of AQM or AQS and AQD.For instance:
If you earn 125,000 AQM and $25,000 AQD, you will reach Super EliteTM 100K status.

If there is indeed such a massive change coming, it has to be for qualification in 2020 for 2021 status.

Nothing to see here folks... there is no change.
They are simply laying out scenarios:
Scenario 1: You exceed both the AQM and AQD for SE and you become SE.
Scenario 2: You exceed AQM, but not the AQD, for E50K, so you earn E35K status,
Scenario 3: You exceed AQD , but not AQM for E35K, so you earn P25K status.

Was that particular SE example always in the FAQ?

Ah yes that makes sense. In fact, now that I think of it, I seem to remember that this specific wording has been reported in another thread a short while ago.

As per @Plumber those are just hypothetical real-life scenarios ("for instance")

Yes, that example has always been there. In fact, it predates them cutting the non-residency requirement to 50%.

When I flew Comfort fare but was credited 50% instead of 115% of AQM, I wrote in, and the following line items appeared and remain in my accounts:
- Simply "Altitude Qualifying Miles" (with no reference flight number) on my Altitude Dashboard
- "Flight Mileage - Air Canada" for the AQM portion (with no reference flight number), and the SE 100% bonus miles was named "Goodwill Customer Relations" on my Aeroplan account

May 24 SFO-YYZ has not posted AQD
May 25 YYZ-LHR, May 27 LHR-YYZ-SFO have all posted AQD.
014 ticket, all AC operated.
Time to submit a request. That $282 may come in handy.
