Silver Airways

Anyone flown them in Florida? Do you get AE miles and segments for flying them?

YOWCDNFF May 31, 2017 1:43 pm

Long story short... you won't. Silver Airways is not a "regional partner". They do codeshare some flights on behalf of United but as the operating carrier is Silver - who is not a Star Alliance member or AE partner, you do not get the miles

Silver is also notorious for cancelling less-than-full flights, stranding passengers, and not giving a toss about them. Drive if you're able.

Thanks for the advice. I will just drive.

If Silver isn't listed as a partner on the AP website - which it isn't - I wouldn't expect any miles or segments would be earned for flying that airline.
