Such that it is actually searchable text - one of the important changes to the Aeroplan program in 2019 for Super Elites:
New for Air Canada Altitude Super Elite 100K members: Complimentary changes and refunds
Beginning July 15, 2019, Air Canada Super Elite 100K members will no longer be charged a fee when they request a change to their Flight Reward booking. Additionally, these members will also no longer be charged a fee to refund their bookings. It is that sort of keen insight and understanding of the consumer marketplace that leads to investor confidence in a company and soaring stock valuations.

I find most of Ms Roseman's article uninformed and puzzling. She wants to receive more useless marketing emails from Aeroplan? Seriously? I receive an average of one a week, most useless and deleted immediately. And finally those surveys for a whopping 50 miles have stopped after repeatedly requesting same.
As far as Mr O'Brien is concerned, his statement says it all. Clearly he has no clue about the expanding fare difference between Flex and Tango...of course, separate companies, so how could he possibly be in touch with reality.

Just remember the old saying:
The promise of loyalty points is about getting something for nothing. They get your most of your business, you get mostly nothing.

If one were to be more descriptive, everything could be seen as a giant FWP as well.
I find FT provdes me with information and entertainment. If some sarcasm slips in, well, it's fine. At least no one on AC FT is barking mad. Yet.

They want to convince everyone else to stay in the ship. Oh wait, there are no more safety rafts?! Shhh, don't tell those who are still on the ship.
