I am planning to send one email showing my subscription and list of wifi flights. They will have to take it up with their Gogo if they want to pull pass usage data.

Tracking down my missing credits might affect my final ranking/prize. Yours too?

Does anyone have experience with how this would work? Does the Altitude dashboard saying "You have reached a higher Altitude status." count, even if the status hasn't been swept in yet?

I contacted GOGO by Chat and requested a list of all connections for Sept, Oct and Nov and a list was emailed to me so I now have a complete list to send to EYW
It came in the following format

I have the same issue - hit $20K in AQD on Monday but well above 100K in AQM and my dashboard says the same thing. It would be kind of silly to have a qualifying period that extends to the end of EYW when in practice those after Nov 1 are generally moved up in the new year.

Also, does anyone know if the Wifi in the sky badge applies to flights booked after the EYW booking window? I have a Gogo monthly pass and flew on non-EYW flights and logged in. The T&C are fairly cryptic. Similar to cow I'm owed a boatload of wifi badges but will wait until all flights are posted and then send them a master list.

Same question for buy on the fly, does it need to be on an EYW booked flight or can you earn it during the contest window?

Okay I just wrote in since they're ignoring me on Twitter. I had done my math wrong, and I think I'm only owed 23, not 24.

They sorta replied back to me, but redirected me to [email protected] for further assistance. (Need a Level Up badge).

I'm guessing the cutoff for top 10 might be just under 100k!
Just 11 days of flying left!
