Wiki updated. One more 321 to go.

I have a sense the wiki is missing a bunch of new-livery 789s that have not been entered.

I thought they were painting the 788s in KSAT as well but recent photos of GHPV which was there before GHPY still have it in the old livery so I'm not sure what they're doing down there. It might just be heavy maintenance but it's weird they wouldn't just paint them if they're offline that long anyways.

B77L C-FNND (705) has left KGUS in new livery

Jazz CRJ-200 C-FIJA (165) is in the shop and was the last CRJ in the old Jazz livery by my count.

Some have mentioned that they detract from the image Air Canada is trying to project.

I find it off myself.

The 777s are probably the least ugly in this new paint job, so far.

The toothpaste is great. It's elegant. The red that's associated most closely with Canada is prominent. The toothpaste invokes the forests and wilderness that make up much of the country.

The new colour scheme is heavy on black and de-emphasizes red and the maple leaf. This makes it not only ugly but generic as well.

The black emphasis oil. The lifeblood of the Alberta economy.

HPV (what an unfortunate registration) just taxied past me in resplendent minty livery. No indication of when it's due for a raccooning.

I'm struggling to figure out how the heck toothpaste invokes anything but dental hygiene, what it has to do with wilderness in any land, and whether or not I've just fallen victim to a wind-up.

Team Canada's Olympic squad deemphasized the red and added a lot more black to their uniforms in games past. They look and performed in outstanding fashion. Perhaps that's what AC is also striving towards.

Compared side by side, the new scheme looks better in virtually every metric. My only criticism is that it's tough to discern between AC and DL regional jets in lower light conditions. That and the appalling seat pitch inside.

Jazz Q400 C-GGOY (401) is enroute to Muskoka. May very well be the first dash to get new livery.

Wait, where? Is there a paint shop in those parts?
