Nope. AC2070 was a flight to replace the cancelled AC870 from the night before.

Flights to the paint shop are ferry flights which start with a 7. ie: AC7xxx

First CRJ-200, C-FEJA, has been painted- I flew on this one last month and it was still in the old old Jazz livery. Seems that the "EXPRESS" titles are different from the ones on the repainted CRAs/E175s?

You're right- on the CRAs/E75s the "Express" is in all lower case but and for this one it's all caps.
I think I prefer all lower case, it goes better with the all caps "AIR CANADA" above it.
I wonder this is a one off "prototype" or if all newly repainted express a/c will be in caps.

Seeing the "EXPRESS" on the AC website makes me think this a going to be the way the rest of them are painted. However I will say I do like the "express" styling better.

It seems A321s C-FGKN and C-FGKP as well as B77L C-FNNH have recently gone to KGUS for repaints (that's where the livery announcement planes were painted as well).

I have to say, I really didn't like the livery initially, but it really suits some of the latest re-painted aircraft! I don't think it's as proportioned on the Dreamliners, though...

I'm pretty sure it's for the ground crew, so they don't hit it – the contrast being the key point of reference. I believe AA has also started trimming their winglets in red to prevent ground incidents...

I agree that it's ugly though!

Few updates:
A321s C-FGKN (461) and C-FGKP (462) have left KGUS and I assume are painted (no photos yet though).
A321 C-FGKZ (463) has arrived at KGUS today so it is there being painted with the previously mentioned 77L C-FIUJ (703)
Not 100% sure about this one but B788 C-GHPV (804) has returned from KSAT and B788 C-GHPY (806) has just arrived there (both with AC7xxx flight numbers indicating ferry flights) and AC has done repainting there in the past so 804 may have new livery and 806 is likely there getting painted now.

I am new to this forum so if anyone has any advice on posting please tell me.

Recently I saw this 1:400 model of C-FNVV
can anyone tell me if it is just a fantasy model
or if the aircraft is actually repainted,
on planspotters there are no images of it in the new livery

thank you

I don't think any of the 320s have been painted yet and some may not be at all depending on what AC's plan is for them. Will be interesting to see what they do next once the 321s are done though.
