Ran into a fellow AC FTer while walking along the concourse in TPE.

Familiar faces in strange places always throw me for a loop. But still not as bad as almost stabbing an FTer before figuring it out.

While I was standing at NRT gate 43, I saw the line for AC 6 to YUL at gate 44.

I turned and saw a familiar face. He was speaking with the concierge. I walked towards them and we just both LOL’d.

So awesome to see @Plumber once again and also in Asia like last year, where we ended up in the same AC 18 from TPE

I hope you had a great flight.

Love the Gimli Glider tag. I have one too and get a lot of queries from flight crew.

Great to see @24left, albeit for a very short visit!

Flight was good, but I can tell you I am in no hurry to jump into a 788 aircraft again any time soon. Didn’t realize the J cabin seat is quite different than the 789 (less space) plus it’s seen better days!

I have a Gimli Glider tag as well. It's amazing how I haven't run into anyone else with the tag in my travels.

Maybe if we all got together at a 'Do" we could rebuild it. We have the technology ...

Just what AC needs! Another 767 - such a beloved aircraft, particularly on Rouge.

So nice to meet @Nitehawk for the first time today in YVR.... we abandoned the AC INTL MLL as the bar was not open yet and we went to the bar in the YVR concourse that was open...as Nitehawk's flight was scheduled to depart at 11:35am.

Great to meet you! Pleasantly surprised to find both wifi and a properly inflated seat on AC17 today. Next time the drinks are on me! Fly safe.
