I've bumped in to HerpaYvr and jaysona at airports, but I already knew them from Dos.

Whenever I've flown with other FTers, it was pre-arranged.

To DaveObee's point, I'm not sure how we can recognise each other, other than by asking. I certainly don't have any FT luggage tags.

No but he showed me pics of it. Sounded like a great celebration!

Well I tried to met a fellow FTer at YYZ once but AC flew them in so late we missed each other

I've wondered about a few people but never directly asked.

Can AC provide a tag update for FT? Like 1MM on one side and FT on the other

What about those "approved cabin baggage" tags some of us have? Not an absolute guarantee but a likely bet.

Great thread.

Despite being on FT for 17 years (!), I have yet to meet anyone on the board (at least that I am aware of)

I'd say anyone mumbling more ....... pickles or possible taking a picture has about a .500 chance of being on here

That or (for picture reasons mainly) they write a blog.

Quite often when I get into casual conversation with others on board, in a lounge, etc. I often get asked if I'm on FT. I say yes. Then they ask if I'm yyznomad. This has happened a few times in the last year or two. Most of these FTers are lurkers for the most part.

This is a hello to th FT lurker I met at ICN when our FIN 802 went mechanical and we were several hours delayed out of ICN... and a hello to the couple I met YVR YYZ (they were on their way to ZRH) sometime in late 2015.

Some listed above I have bumped into more than once in very random fashion somewhere on this planet.
Wow. Some of these folks bring back memories.

Yes, those are great! (Thanks again to SearsTower) But how many of those are actually out there?

At one point ST said 68 were posted but I expect more than that since there was an earlier and perhaps a subsequent run. I've had no reaction in the year I've been using them. No one notices but me. I like them. Echo, the thanks to ST.
