Seriously AC why even have a tool if people can't use it

Piece of crap IT systems

Priority number quoting over 1 hour wait times

Happened to me last week, too. When I tweeted AC they said to call in. Of course I'm too lazy to do that, but I would have liked to be able to switch flights online...
