@global_happy_traveller

Suggestion: contact The Pickle to see if they have space available on any/all of the dates. Given the time of year, they may already have group bookings. I don't know how many of what size they can accommodate.

All dates options are fine for me. Thanks.

Time for a wiki since most will miss your post with the doodle link and start randomly posting their preferred dates hoping that divine intervention will work out for them.

Since I'm out of vacation for 2016, I'm going to pull a cow and say if it were on a Saturday night, I might be able to come, but since it seems to be headed for a weeknight, I probably can't make it.

No, you need a real wiki. It will mitigate the most fail but won't prevent some fail.

I can start one for you if you don't know how to.

Parking actually IN the PB building (Atrium on Bay, parking ramp entrance off the street north of / parallel to Dundas) is cheaper than in the Eaton Centre.
It is "just down from" my office too (my car resides in Atrium most days) but may be out of town between end of term and Xmas.

Great point. Also:

"Validation is available at the following restaurants: The Pickle Barrel, Spring Rolls"

For all enquiries, please call 416-977-2858 or send an email to [email protected]

Atrium on Bay Rate Info:

http://www.atriumtoronto.com/aboutus.html

I would call/email to confirm this.
