Ah...by looking at the SSWU cert, I miss the good old days when A and L fare class buckets (along with bunch of others) were Tango Plus (aka Flex).

And wasn't it great when we used the certs during the C days that came with COS?!

I only got to experience the paper certs for 1.5 years - and I too prefer the e-upgrade system.
Anyone remember setting an alarm clock for 2a.m./3a.m./etc. (23:59 based on the time in the departure city) so one could call AC and secure the upgrade? I certainly don't miss that. I've certainly set a few 4am alarms :p |
Am I doing this right?
Quick question. When I fly BA this weekend to LHR from YYZ, I fill in the flight info, put my sticker on this, and hand it in when they pull my ticket. Right?

Oh, such lovely wallpaper.
I remember when an agent forgot to keep my SSWU. Those were the days. I, too, like the new eupgrades. Just wish we could carry them forward > 1 year. Thanks for showing! |

Well clearly the airplane food back then was inferior to the fine fare provided in AC J nowadays. Everytime I travel with AC, I expect and demand a stuffed rhino to be on the serving trolley with the assorted lion, giraffe and leopard steaks :p
