Hurricane Matthew

September 30, 2016

As a result of Hurricane Matthew approaching Jamaica, Cuba, and the Bahamas, Air Canada has implemented a policy for customers who purchased an Air Canada ticket no later than September 30, 2016 and whose itinerary includes a flight to, from or via one of the following locations:

Flights between October 2 and October 4, 2016
•Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ)
•Kingston, Jamaica (KIN)
•Cayo Coco, Cuba (CCC)
•Santa Clara, Cuba (SNU)

Flights between October 4 and October 6, 2016
•Nassau, Bahamas (NAS)

If you are scheduled to travel on the affected dates, you may contact Air Canada Reservations to change your flight, free of charge, to another date between now and October 11, 2016 (October 13, 2016 for Nassau), subject to availability in the cabin you originally purchased. Otherwise, any fare difference will apply.
If you purchased your ticket with Aeroplan, or Air Canada Vacations, please contact them directly.
