The Good:
- Fantastic view
- Sparkling water fountain
- Breakfast food often available

The Bad:
- desk staff generally unhelpful
- often hard to find a seat
- no 747s to look at[/QUOTE]

That's because they're really quite shy these days, being an endangered species. If you're really quiet and hold out something for them to eat (like MLL pickles), they'll come to you.

If you come to the lounge around 7pm, you should see 747s from EVA and China Airlines.

Well, imagine my relief yesterday when I looked out the window.

Such a pretty bird.

I thought it was just YYT that had the never-in-service beer tap. It'd bother me if it was anything worth drinking.

YYT
The Good:
- Generally not crowded (at least when I fly)
- Comfortable enough
- Decent view over the airport.

The bad:
- Still lousy internet connectivity. (Also YHZ I'm looking at you on this as well!)
- Very limited food selection
- No washrooms.

I read is as the showers are old and crowded. Definitely on the bad list.

Actually, my issue with it isn't that I can't get beer out of them, it's that the whole thing is a waste of space in an already tiny lounge. If you're going to have it there, make sure it works, otherwise, get rid of it and add another chair. Even one more chair in that lounge makes a difference.

YYZ International:

Good:

- schadenfreude (because entrance is visible to the hordes of unworthies)
- has a nice "buzz" in the evening
- I'm going somewhere cool

Bad:

- that "buzz" can get a little too much
- food not good enough to be the evening meal on a TATL redeye
- no line of sight between food and main seating area

Good:
Temporary location has plenty of space.
Fair breakfast selection, including alcohol despite being open only in the morning.
Good service (food regularly replenished, tables cleaned)

Bad:
Permanent location is too small and has no windows or washrooms inside the lounge
Limited selection of newspapers and magazines and many are from Canada (only one French magazine was from France!)
Located at the far end of the 2A terminal (in the satellite), so a bit of a hike

The good:
The views are awesome. Especially when you can see a Canadian Forces aircraft
The company usually is recognizable (some politician etc)
The lounge staff are amazing

The bad:
It's dirty
It's crowded
The wifi blows.
