I had heard rumours about Jazz upgrading to new ER ETOPS aircraft and now you've confirmed it. I wonder where the crew cabin is?

The newsletters are not nearly as much fun as they used to be:
Well, that, and the dissidents.

Wait...there are newsletters?
EPIC genius and wickedly funny 19 years later.
QUOTES:
"Air Canada's security department has been asked to find out who is behind an anonymous flyer labelled "érrorplan" that began showing up last week on the Internet, in Air Canada airport lounges and even inside Air Canada aircraft......"
"Duchesne says he has no objections to criticisms of Air Canada appearing on the Internet. In fact, he says, the carrier has made policy changes based on comments at http://www.flyertalk.com, a site where frequent fliers post an endless stream of roses, raspberries and gossip about Air Canada and just about every other major airline."

Downgauged SFO-YYZ and vv. flights and the continued closure of the YYZ Signature lounge.
Trivial and non-substantial.

Regarding the current Elite Goodwill Bonus, I am miffed that the 100 SQM doesn't also translate into useable miles for flight rewards!

The hummus in the lounge (and on my vegan special meal) is ice-cold and flavourless. (Although I must say that since the hummus and veggies box is basically the only food I can eat in the lounge, this almost qualifies as a substantive complaint.)

That when flying to YYZ, the IFE photo of the skyline and Lake Ontario, is noted as "Ontario Lake"

The fact that I just noticed (gasp!) that I'm not flying in March? Or at least currently. There must be a Do somewhere ...

AC doesn't stock tequila, and DL doesn't stock Clamato, making my preferred in-flight beverage an impossibility.
