AC843 DUB-YYZ Oct 21
A warm thank you to the crew of AC843 DUB-YYZ on Oct 21. The entire crew recognized that this was my million mile flight and they were simply fantastic.
SD Yan, SD-in-training Hayly, all the FAs Maria, Inga, Helene, Emilie, Alex, Maria, and Tanya, as well as Captain Stephenson, I can’t thank you enough for making this flight a truly memorable one.
Feeling spoiled,
A newly minted 1MM

Thanks to SD Lorna and the entire crew on AC63 for a fantastic flight and excellent service. Some great conversation and we got to share a few hidden gems about the Seoul food scene that are apparently not so hidden anymore
Also, thanks to SD Joanne and FA Katy who were as good if not even better on the way back on AC64. They handled my deflategate incident very well and were fantastic overall.^

Thanks.
I emailed the concierge to monitor my flights (to avoid a possible misconnect) and told them that I hoped everything would go off without a hitch since it was my 1MM trip. I did not expect anything to happen (beside making sure all was good with the flights) but I can only assume the concierge forwarded the information to the crew. Appreciated ^
Thanks. And no I did not have a giant board. But I like the idea. I'll keep that in mind for the 2MM flight

Thanks to Isabelle and crew on AC118 yesterday. Made my first flight as SE feel extra special just by giving me what I'm sure (or hope) is customary attention.
I wanted for nothing.

Shout out to SD Marie-Soleil on AC353 January 27th. One of the most engaging SD I've ever experienced on AC, truly made J feel like an premium cabin.

Thank you to the cabin crew and associated ground staff on AC 832, YUL-BRU, on 4 March and AC 865, LHR-YUL, on 12 March, who looked after an elderly, mobility-impaired friend. She reports that all the crew and ground staff whom she met were uniformly kind and helpful, and made what could have been a difficult trip for her a pleasure.

Stacie and crew on AC110 March 10 were all fantastic across the board. So refreshing when every encounter with every FA comes with a genuine smile.
I wish more FAs realized that it is small and simple things that take a flight from okay to really great.
Well done crew.
