Thank you to see the superb crew on AC849 Business Class on December 27, LHR/YYZ. Meals were great and the Espresso mid flight was a great touch. Carol was an ace Service Director!!

Silvia AND Georgette starting off 2018, possibly the best SD's I have ever met flying AC... And I had the pleasure of having them less than a week apart! Exceptional service, terrific attitude and just going completely above and beyond what's normally "expected" from AC.
Thanks guys!
Thanks guys!

Thanks again to Sandi, whom I've now had twice in 2018, and once in 2017.
I may get her again tomorrow if the VDB gods are feeling generous. And potentially in a couple weeks based on what she told me about her pairings (lots of SFO<->YYZ trips).
She's still the best I've ever had on AC.
*cough* @ACYYZ/SD when are we flying together *cough*

846 was ... not the greatest service.
847 has an SD who not only remembers me, but also suspected I'd be connecting to SFO (because she remembers where I live).
I haven't flown with her in over 4 years.
Something tells me 847 is going to be way better than 846.

Mentioned in another thread, but: AC880 on 19 January 2018 had an great crew. One FA in particular was absolutely fantastic, but I didn't get her name at the time, which is a shame... I'd like to have written in with praise.

Thank you to Sandi on AC 759 (Jan 21 2018).
I know I thanked you yesterday, but you're here again, and you're still the best SD I've ever had.
The difference now is that I've had you 4 times total, 3 of which were in 2018.
So it wasn't just a good day.

Is that the most you've had the same AC SD (servicing/working) on a flight? If not, what is the most?

Of SDs not worthy of mentioning, I would not recall.
But you can assume "yes".
I had one SD (Matthew) three times in one week a while back, and I haven't seen him since
That fact that it makes me sad should tell you how I felt about the service on those flights. Actually I think two of them I was in Y. The first was because "the system" (I think I know what happened but the discussion with the GA and concierge makes me skeptical) put the Super Elite below the E35K on the upgrade list. The second was because I was tenth on the list for one seat, but I got to say hi to Captain Kirk / Denny Crane, which was nice.

I'm not crazy. It's quite often a pleasure, for me, to fly with the same SD that I know provides great service.
