*A only or all airlines (including FBO)?

All airlines, but I would exclude FBO....

Cross posting.

Planning a lot more YVR-YYC travels for the rest of the year, so I forsee maybe 75-90 segments overall. Might scrape it to 95 to get the double-qual.

Not sure I'd be gunning for double qualifying!! Too much pain for no benefit!

I'm only a weekly commuter but my hat goes off to you and a couple of guys I see doing the YYJ-YVR turn daily.

Current AQS 70 (with a couple of multi segment trip I expect 140-150 for the year.
AQM 19,317 (I'll never make MM living the YYJ-YVR route)
AQD 12,461

Currently sitting at 142 across all airlines and alliances, expecting to hit 250+ by end of year. My average segment length is 1205 BIS miles.

RN29 Jul 20, 2016 1:25 pm

Since February 1st:

83 712 miles

93 Segments (I'd say about 70% of that is Air Canada with United being the rest). 90% transborder (YYZ, LGA, Newark, ORD, DFW, BOS, IAH).

I thought I was the only schmuck who makes SE on segments. I am exhausted. I have no idea how some of you guys do more than this year after year.

scotchmeup Jul 20, 2016 2:25 pm

108 segments, 90K AQM 20+ AQD
not sure where it will end up

There are quite a few "schmucks" who make SE on Segments. A guy I grew up with makes SE every year, almost entirely on the Beech. Met a SE yesterday from YQB who makes SE on segments. Living in a non-hub city makes it more likely to get SE on segments.

You are the winner, or should I say "loser", so far...

I just stepped off of my second UA RJ in as many days. I thought that my butt was sore. You, however, are the winner.

How do you guys track this stuff? My spreadsheet is a mess and I'm horrible at keeping it up to date. Don't say "tripit" please. =P

I used to make SE on segments only with a significant annual spend. I will again hit miles, segments and spend for SE. Non hub cities are indeed a +2 segment count on most of my destinations.

Yea, I didn't intend to call anyone else other than myself a schmuck =) I did this all in Y with two Op-Ups this year and I can't accurately track the amount of wasted time due to delays / weather / LGA nonsense etc.

This is my 2nd year attaining SE on Segments. My respect to those that have done this year after year (especially anyone that does it on the Beech).
