A330-300 Fleet Overview

AC currently has two configurations of 333:
  • Dream Cabin (16 aircraft): Latest 3-class configuration in line with the 787 and 777 fleets (seat map)
  • The "Merlions" (2 aircraft): ex-Singapore Airlines 2-class configuration (seat map), which are expected to be reconfigured to the Dream Cabin.
    • Important note: the front cabin on these aircraft is an angle-flat product in a 2-2-2 layout that was SQ's "regional" business class. On flights within North America, AC sells it as J; on international flights, they sell it as PY. These aircraft do not have the standard AC PY cabin
    • Since October 2023, these aircraft primarily operate YYZ>BOG>YUL triangle, and YUL<>LAX.

it’s probably going to VT MAE. ST Engineering has the contract for the refurb.

Window pattern matches C-GFUR, so most likely refurbished.

17 windows between L1 and L2 on the refurbished planes compared to 14 on the unrefurbished ones? How do they add windows since there really are no plugs visible on the unrefurbished planes?

Yep, it's been refurbed:

I see that C-GFUR is doing AC305 (YUL-YVR) on Saturdays and Wednesdays right now. How reliable is that schedule for the coming month? I am flying AC305 on Aug. 15th

C-GEGP is in YMX. Hopefully soon into service as I have a couple YVR-YUL in September.

C-GEGP just flew YMX-YUL today. Should be in service by tomorrow if it gets cleared as fast as the first refurbished 333 (C-GFUR).

Already scheduled to do YUL-YVR on August 24th (Monday). Would be nice to see the 2 refurbs consistently on the YUL-YVR-YUL route for the next little while.

Well you're in luck... C-GEGP is running AC305 on the 24th.
