Thanks to the AC posters on FT

Seeing the last exchange on the "Detestina" thread got me thinking: After the "Thanks Concierge" thread, perhaps it is time to acknowledge those front-line AC staff who come here. Gazou2002's effort on behalf of an FT member is just one example of the willingness to help that we've had from those at the SE desk, airport personnel, and flight crew. A flygirl, Aeroplan SuperElite Agent, upfront01, AceCdn, as well as Gazou2002, spring to mind immediately, but there are others who have helped us out in a variety of ways, both on and off line. If corporate AC realised that having such dedicated and helpful employees is what makes a service industry work, there would be a lot more people flying Air Canada.

Others such as ACDUDE & YYZC2 as well. Well done!

With the exception of a few whose manager knows that they're posting here, I would also advise you guys to post with caution.

Didn't mean to leave anyone out. UAPE already has a cautious handle.

Starwood has their Lurker and he is great but we have a whole team who are willing to help out when they can.

Thanks very much everyone. Many of us appreciate the effort put forward by you though we might not say it day to day

What else can I add, but, I would imagine that the collective knowledge of the staff + nearly-staff (Empress?) certainly outweights most trainers in the AC corporate ladder.

Good on you!

I too must thank those employees taking time to help, advise and to provide comments from another view point.

Very much appreciated.

Cheers
