Beautiful shot as always. I am left pondering three things...
Beautiful shot as always. I am left pondering three things...
- Are you ever home?
- Do you even have a home?
- Do you ever meet a new SD or FA on AC15 or meet one that doesn't know every meal/drink preference you have?

Since @24left in conveniently (and unusually) offline, I will be cheeky and suggest On Occasion, Several and Rarely as answers to the above questions.
Since I'm about to head to Paris, I think I'm safely out of KitKat chucking range.

AC 15 YYZ-HKG December 10 2018
Over the Barents Sea
Sun is rising. I love how it brightens the rondelle
Over Buryatia, Russia
I was fascinated with the sensors on the wing and how the sun reflects off them
Although we left YYZ about 40 minutes late (no de-icing) and we made up time inflight, well HKIA ATC had other plans for us, as is often the case.
Of course we feel the aircraft turning multiple times and can see the change in arrival time and distance out, on the IFE.
Still, I liked the view below
And here we are, inbound to 7R at 14:52 local
And this is at 14:53, just prior to hitting the runway....well that plus a few bounces.

This flight actually had a tailstrike on landing in HKG which resulted in AC16 being cancelled. I ended up taking the scenic route home to YYZ instead as a result.

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN??????
I was on THAT AC 15 flight and the entire discussion is here. Start at post 3636 and read all of it. I posted photos there too. (And yes, I am sad for the poor injured bird)
