The take-off from YXU is rarely anything to write home about, though I made an exception for the sunset.

I do enjoy the pit stop.
Traffic, like the 401 in the morning, but at least we moved
Different day and another beautiful start....

The beauty of the scenery never ceases to inspire me
Departing YVR
It was interesting departing YEG in a blizzard on this day. Bonus: an engine run up, first in a long time.
Another day at YEG
Different day & flight. YVR of course.
And finally something I haven't done in a while...a visit to the lake while out for an urban hike. Not long after I arrived, AC 7965 was approaching for YTZ.
Such a cute little bird.
I sat there for a while, enjoying the sun...
...and listening to the sounds from YTZ in the distance.
