Altitude Luggage Tags
 

Hi all,
Has anyone received replacement luggage tags yet?
My first set of replacements never arrived so I had to order another set. But after waiting more than 5 weeks, this new order also didn't arrive..I'm wondering what is causing my replacement tags from arriving in my mailbox.

I'm pushing almost 8 months for a replacement card now..... so good luck.

This is getting out of hand, I've always received replacement luggage tags within the 4-6 weeks timeframe in previous years.

How many replacement cards do you order? Never order 1 card.

Have the 2016 cards been out for 8 months yet? So you are saying you got your 2016 card in Sept last year.

Well I usually got them a month after asking them for Altitude 2015. Now for Altitude 2016 I've asked twice and I haven't gotten a single card.

Are you collecting them? Never lost a card.

In the http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/air-c...ment-card.html thread, a nice collection of AC FTers received replacements cards that they DID NOT ask for.

Mr Peever put in a request October 2015 for a replacement card.

It is now May 2016. He has not received his card.

Not really. They literally just break when I stow my baggage overhead.

This is my 3rd interaction about this with AC's FB team.

Yes - ordered in +/- mid Feb, arrived around mid April. (All dates 2016 ;))

I have received a replacement card this year.

I'd love to tell you how long I had to wait between order and reception, but I never ordered it Kappa

Are the replacement luggage tags and replacement Aeroplan cards from the same company? B/c I am specifically inquiring about the replacement luggage tags..
