Earn Triple/Double Aeroplan Miles in North America
I haven't seen mention of this (possibly targeted) promotion.
I found it at Rewards Canada. There are two separate promotions that require sign up.
Earn Triple Aeroplan® Miles when you fly round trip (or 2 one-way segments) on a Latitude fare or above within Canada or between Canada and the U.S.
Earn Double Aeroplan® Miles when you fly round trip (or 2 one-way segments) on a Flex fare or above within Canada or between Canada and the U.S.
Both require the following conditions:
1. Register and book between April 15, 2016 and May 15, 2016
2. Travel between April 15, 2016 and June 15, 2016
Unfortunately, I cannot enrol for either one. For the Double promo, I received the error message that "Unfortunately you are not eligible for this offer." In reading the T&Cs, there is no eligibility requirement to register other than being an Aeroplan member (no mention of targeted emails, for instance).
Even stranger, for the Triple promo the error message stated "The request has been black-holed."
I have a screen capture, but don't know how to post it here.
Has anyone successfully registered for these promotions?

My Altitude Report included no mention of these promos, and I am not eligible. A round trip in Latitude or above in the next month?
