I just received a 2X Aeroplan promo from April 15-June 15 that was addressed to myself. When I go to register, it says I'm not eligible. What up with this?

I got the triple miles offer (am Canadian) as well as the AMEX gold code. I don't know what the criteria was for the AMEX gold code but for AC I am guessing that it is to try and lure me back. Have been 50k for a number of years but after the AQD for AC I switched back to UA this year (fares are also generally cheaper - ).

Interesting, as a triple miles offer recipient, I also have been booking a lot of UA because of being based in US currently. Maybe that's the targeted profile.

I juste received another 15% discount code on Flex and Lat fares for AC flights to Europe, Asia or Australia. It expires on June 15 and I have no plan to use it. Not sure if it is transferrable but I will be happy to share it by PM if somebody wants to try it.
