What's a good discounted business fare to NRT?

I just booked a trip to YYT -NRT in November in the business cabin. Traveling via YVR to connect with some colleagues for the last lef. Outbound was about $2,150 (a little more for the return). This seemed to me a good fare, especially as the YVR-NRT portion (same flight) prices at $2,968.

Is this a good price for this route? First time to Japan, so I'm not at all familiar with the pricing.

Thanks.

I would agree that this is a good TPAC fare.

I paid around $3100 from YYC. Half on NH to HND, return on AC from NRT.

Also for my wife. Seemed better than using Aeroplan at 150k miles for her.

Are your dates mid-week or weekend?
Are you staying 7 days or less?
Is your routing via YUL/YYZ to YVR?

I'm seeing a variety of prices on AC so these small items can make a difference

YYZ to HND

I just booked a discounted J to HND (Haneda) for $4,331.89 return. It will occur out in September. Leaving on a Friday, returning a week Saturday.

That is the exact fare I'm seeing for most dates, with the usual exceptions, YYZ-HND

Thanks, Dorian. That's just the kind of info I was looking for. I'll settle for 'good'.
