Oversize bag?

In reviewing the baggage policy I can't figure out if I will be charged... I have a box which is definitely oversized but within the weight limits under 32kg. As an SE I have never been charged for overweight bags as per the altitude program... but what about oversized? It doesn't say much or I can't read properly. Can anyone confirm or I will have to return a Christmas present before my return flight...

Seems pretty clear to me, $113.

You have a reasonably good chance of getting away with it. Only once this past summer when weekly checking in 3 heavy cubes that look oversize but exactly meet the 61" limit was the threat of getting out a tape measure even made.

Alternatively can the box be cut down after having some of its contents put into another container? Repackaging my lawn mower handle enabled the mower container to squeeze in under the limit.
