Means they are blocked for seat selection by the airline - ie: no one has selected them, but they are unavailable for selection all the same. On AC quite often seats will be "blocked' for non-revenue passengers

Can someone let me know how to find fare rules (read actual fare rules and not aeroplan booking rules) for AE award tickets esp OBP00 , IBP00. Couldn't pull them from EF & I don't have direct GDS access to look up.
Any TA here with GDS access or any helpful AC employee / similar who will be kind to publish the actual fare rules?

Good evening. Heading to Italy in August with the Mrs and figured it was a great time to use some e-ups. Can someone kindly confirm R space (and if possible any J-Space) for Aug 29th on AC 891? I already have the upgrade cleared if routing via YUL, but would prefer the non-stop if likely to clear...
