This is for 793 YYZ-LAX on the 12th of November, Its on the 312, J Cabin of 16 Seats,
When you sum J-Z there are 27 Seats available, How does it break down with the allotment? From my understanding Latitude pulls from revenue fare, not R space, so would that technically clear a e-up?

Looking at discussions in the E-Upgrade Thread appears that even if there is Z space available, Latitude will no longer clear by calling in. Will cross my fingers on R space being opened.

I'm not sure what you need the fare inventory for. Just search on ac.com for pricing of the reward.

Looks like at least 8 J seats for sale, but my upgrade from Lat hasn't cleared yet (unless we aren't doing that any more

Aren't doing what anymore? Upgrades from any available J seat? Don't think it has ever been that way (before the gate) in the ~12 years I've had elite status.
In the olden days, Latitude could have upgraded from P space on this flight, but those days are dead. There's lengthy and detailed discussion in the eUpgrade thread on that.
