PLEASE NOTE SEAT MAPS ARE IRRELEVANT TO AVAILABILITY!!!

A few FlyerTalkers with access to ExpertFlyer are willing to use their subscriptions to look up availability for fellow FTers. (As of January 2021, the BCD Availability Tool is only available to vendors and is no longer free/publicly accessible.)

If you would like to request availability, please include in your post:
  • Route (e.g. YYC-YYZ)
  • Date (e.g. September 5)
  • Flight number (e.g. 142)

Note that EF searches are by route and by date (see this post for details).

Although it's not hard to look up the route that corresponds to a flight number, please be respectful of the time of those who are volunteering to research your request by saving them the time of also looking up that ACxxx is a flight from AAA to BBB.

Maybe someone can shed some light. I was looking at EF and see different loads for the same flight. AC 334 on 7/31/21 is the flight I'm on. Shows D2 Z2 P1 R2 Y9 B0 M0 U0.. with my routing, but D3 Z3 P3 R2 Y9 B9 M9 U4.., either as a standalone flight or in a different routing.

Those numbers are what AC is making available for sale on a specific route/flight, not necessarily correlated to load.

Inventory is managed on an O&D basis, so what is available for sale on 2 connecting flights could be different than looking at those flights independently.

I figured that would be the case for an independent flight vs one with connections, but I just found it odd that it's showing different numbers for the same O&D where the only difference in the routing is the layover length.

Would someone be willing to check AC 844 on July 18?

I booked Flex with the search filter on the AC site showing upgrades are available (not waitlisted). But when I booked the flight and requested the upgrade, it waitlisted me. I checked and according to the filter upgrades are still available. So I'm a little confused.

Thank you. At R1 I would think it would clear (unless that's no longer a thing). I'll give them a DM or call, I guess.

Thank you!

Could someone re-lookup the outbound flight (AC135 Aug 4 YYZ-YYC). Or are there other widebody flights sameday with higher J/R available? Thanks
