Question: B767-300 - Only 1 Y exit row?

B767-300 - Only 1 Y exit row?
Next weekend I have a flight on a non-Rouge 763. The seat-map shows the Seatguru V2 with two Y exit rows as 18/19 (I have chosen 19 for now, an aisle in the centre). However, on the return flight I see a strange seatmap with only Row 18 being an exit (on the left side only). There is also only 1 pair of seats in the last row (39). This must be an error? No 767-300 I've ever flown has 1 mid-cabin exit, on one side only no less.
The flight is 825 on the 17th if it makes a difference.
