Book the chef maybe? Would be a great addition (presuming it includes extra menu items, not just the same menu items as usual).

Exciting!

I'm predicting:
1. Announcement of the 787 seats to all business class (we know this one already)

2. Introduction of lie-flat seating (mint class) on certain A321 for domestic routes.

3. Better food.

4. New menu choices for domestic business class.

5. Exclusive check-in lounge at YYZ

6. Free limo service to / from airport for international business class pax.

Hopefully it's a "book the chef" type of enhancement

Preview of the new J meal service but not sure what else is in the cards. Can't imagine book the chef.

Interested in finding out the changes, as I have an international flight out of YYZ in November.

Perhaps they will try what Cathay Pacific did with the Mandarin Oriental Group:

or go with the personalized chef approach on board Austrian Airlines and Turkish Airlines?

Didn't AY or someone say they were working on this?

1. Sure
2. I doubt it. They already sell pods on some routes. And it says the announcement is about international business class
3. Possibly
4. No, for the same reason as 2. It said international business class.
5. Interesting, but I'm curious what the benefits would be, other than not having to breath the same air as the lowly Y fare purchasers.
6. Is this really something that could be affordably offered? I can think of many things I'd like that would be far cheaper than a limo. Let's start with better alcohol

I read it as enhancements to J, including something culinary, not that it's just culinary.

Hah if I had booked my flight for Thursday instead of Friday...
