Just passed Jack Layton (and the guy who was with him who looked vaguely familiar but who I couldn't name) in the YYZ MLL about 4 minutes ago.
|
David Usher was on my flight a few years ago from YYZ-YEG. Oddly enough he was in that months WestJet magazine doing an interview.. I walked back and got his autograph on the article :D
(Canadian singer/songwriter and was the singer for Moist) |
Randy Bachman was seated in seat 3K on AC1164 from YVR>YYZ on December 1. This is the second time this year that Randy and I were on the same flight. Mr Bachman is a fellow SuperElite.

Randy Furby the curler and his crew were on a YEG to LHR flight back in September. We had quite the little party in the back of the plane with him!!

Coming back from the Grey Cup on Nov 30th red-eye from YYC to YYZ...
Brian Williams of TSN Great Big Sea Rob Faulds of Sportsnet Great Big Sea continued onwards to YYT, while I flew on to YHZ. |
I sat besides VIc Toews in 1A/1C back in 05...
Paul Martin walking through the YYZ airport with his security detail in Sept 2006 |
Former Chief of Defence Staff Rick Hillier in the YYZ Transborder MLL right now. Man does he blend in well without the miltary uniform.

I know this is really old, but I saw Lorne Greene in the Toronto MLL, and he was also across the aisle from me in first class (remember AC's first class?). This was a Toronto to Los Angeles flight in a 747 combi (remember when AC had 747's?). I think this was sometime in the late 1980's. First class was really great in those days, and AC even had sleeper seats on that run.
