Needing Some Random Help!

I do more lurking on here than contributing and over the years you have been very helpful and very useful...What I need now may seem crazy and I suspect there will be a number of you on here assuming that I'm off my rocker but here it goes...

I'm planning on popping the question to my girlfriend of 4 years but I'm going to send her on a bit of a goose chase first (starting in Glasgow, going around the west of Scotland for a day picking up clues and items for a picnic, then off to Brussels before jumping on a flight to YVR where we have our picnic and I ask the question). So here's where I need the help:

1) I was hoping the final clue would be delivered to her by an AC flight (J) attendant prior to landing in YVR. Is this a request best run through one of the Ben's or is there a specific email box I should be looking to run this through?

2) I have enough points to fly her parents from GLA/EDI - YVR but even at just under a year out I can't seem to find a reasonable flight (something that isn't 20 - 28hrs in length! Am I best waiting to book those flights once AC/Rouge have confirmed their S16 schedule or should I phone in and request these flights specifically?
- Rouge Premium economy long haul, am I fight in saying that this will be similar enough to TS premium economy service?

My status will be Silver/35K (will be crossing the 35k threshold next month). I'm not sure if that will give me any additional leverage/leg up on booking those reward bookings? Any additional thoughts/suggestions etc.

If you want her to say yes, don't put her on Rouge.
If you hate your mother in law, by all means, put her on Rouge :)

As for #1, you'd have to arrange that with the crew onboard, but don't be surprised if they don't participate.

Thanks for the help ranourabu; I'll check the United website for the reward flights...it's for her parents so I'm hoping Rouge Premium will do the trick...hoping! The plan is for a J flight to YVR from BRU for the better half.
