Nice Guy at A/C
 

I must live right. I phoned A/C this evening with some questions related to the 767 reconfiguration. The agent (Dave I believe) was absolutely terrific. He was very patient and had excellent suggestions wrt seating and check-in at YYC. Thanks to him, our trip will be a great deal better.
