Rack of lamb!
I've never seen rack of lamb as a menu offering before. Maybe I don't travel enough? Thanks to priority menu choices, I have my preferred choice! Others were lemon-thyme chicken, seated salmon filet, and asparagus-cheese pasta.
It's a pleasant way to spend my last flying day of 2017! Especially since I will end the year with 100,021 miles.

I had the "rack-o-lamb" ex GVA. It was good.
But the portion was stingy. 2 chops.
A full rack will run a restaurant up $20-$30 depending on the quality/supplier/quantity, so this gave me a good idea of the budget allocated for food on AC.
Literally 2 chops and a small side. It was good, but it was very lol.

I had the rack of lamb ex-LHR last year, and it was excellent.
Your menu description is the same as my flight in Dec 2016:

It's been mentioned in this thread several times on international menus since 2015, at least.
For example:
Recent AC849 LHR YYZ
AC869 LHRYYZ September 2015
Dec 2015 AC859 LHR YYZ
"I've had nicely cooked rack of lamb a number of times when flying from Europe (UK IIRC)."
