Missing AP miles
About 4 weeks ago I sent copies of tickets and original boarding passes for 3 different flights into the AP centre because they hadn't been credited to my account. One of the flights was on United, and it was posted within a week. The others (on Air Canada) are still missing.
Here are my questions: Does the fact that the United ticket was a paper ticket and AC was a copy of Destina.ca e-ticket make a difference in posting time? Was it a mistake to include all three flights in the same envelope? I would appreciate any advice or experience anyone has had that would assist me. |
