Lounge Access with J Reward
Hi,

I booked a J Domestic Reward (I) flight for my inlaws. Do they get lounge access?

Technically, according to the Star Alliance website, domestic J/F does not entitle you to lounge access. Some airlines permit it, but it's not a global benefit (unlike *G on domestic, which is a global benefit, but somehow UA/US got out of that...).
