34 or 35 e-ups?

Just did a return run to GRU and I noticed I was charged 35 e-ups. Seems to be it should be 34 return (17 each way). Has anyone else experienced this? I am not upset over losing 1 credit but it is a matter of principle.

Odd..... out of curiosity which leg did it charge you the extra credit on?

You can get it back if it's a legitimate issue:

Somehow I got charged 1 extra credit for being moved to an earlier YOW-YYZ flight since mine was cancelled. It should have been rolled into the 17 already deducted.

No big deal since it expires end of Feb anyway and I have no need to use it.

Hey AC gave me back the single credit and extended it to Feb 2015. Nice but still of limited value. Still it was the principle of it and I have an extra e credit for the next year to boot. Thanks AC.
