Mileage posting times
It seems AC is getting worse everyday in the time it takes to post the miles. And others are getting better. SQ posts miles to AP within 24 hrs of flight completion. AC can take over 7 days--why? I know my wife's Aeroplan number was in the booking ( since SQ posted it and I made sure it was in the boarding passes of each of her AC flights--yes Z class) even then it takes them more than 7 days!! Maybe they will enhance the program to make sure all of us do online requests for missing miles--of course to be fair to all!!

Point posting
Ac must be having issues with posting points as i flew last week (Wed - Fri) and my points have yet to be posted in to my account. Normally they are posted about 2 days after i take the flight(s)

Same issue. I flew DXB/FRA/YYC/YEG last Wednesday. The DXB/FRA leg was on LH and the points were posted to my account the next day. I'm still waiting for the FRA/YYC/YEG flights to post and they were both on AC. I know my AP number was in the system as I had it verified at the MLL in FRA before I left.
At what point should I submit a missing mileage request?

My AC ist-yyz-yvr jan 11 flight posted within 3 days. My AC yvr-yyz-ist jan 14 hasnt posted yet. So we'll see.... A3 is pretty fast too, my ist-ath-ist last week also posted within 3 days. But as we all know, SQ posts the fastest...1-2 days max

My PVG-YYZ from Jan 10 has still not posted either. I made a change to the flight but still Z fare .....so something has gone wrong. Otherwise I have had no problems before getting the miles posted 3 days after the flight.

AC was not this slow. This seems to be a 2014 enhancement. I think 2 weeks should be enough time before I plan to submit the missing miles claim Hopefully AC will address this issue and catch up with the other Star Alliance members posting times. Yes, I know, hope springs eternal.

SQ posted within 48 hours for me recently, but amusingly it posted as "Singaport Airlines". Meanwhile, an LH flight I took as an AC codeshare over a week ago hasn't posted yet.

Something is definitely up, normally my weekly Monday flight posts that Thursday and the Tuesday return on Thursday or Friday, but I'm still waiting on last week's Tuesday flight along with this week's.

I have always found AC posting my flights within three days with star alliance posting one to two days. This week has been slow! My Jan 10th flight YYC-YEG-YVR was posted on the 15th only YEG-YVR and then on the 16th YYC-YEG. Still nothing for the return trip on the 12th!
I am sure they will get faster after the 1st of March when we get out of what I call the transition period. The first 60 days on teh year when old status mixes it up with the next status!
